Design and Consulting: The project designer shall lead the design team for DHA. This person is to meet with the Owner and Architect to determine the outline and services that will be provided for the project. They will provide the design program, schematic design and design development required. The project designer shall provide section 11400 specifications and complete overall plan review. The designer is responsible for the project to remain on schedule and within budget. Project Manager: They shall oversee formatting of the documents and review CAD drawings and specifications for conflicts. They shall also provide equipment budget information on each phase of the project as required. The manager shall provide bidding review and issue addendums, review submittals for the project during the construction phase and respond to questions during bidding, construction and/or installation. They shall review installation of the project and provide a written punch list to the Architect, Owner, Building Contractor and/or Foodservice Equipment Contractor. Computer Aided Drafting: The CAD staff shall be responsible to provide production of electronic plans and file management of the drawing sheets during the project. They shall also keep record of all revisions during the design phase. The CAD staff shall distribute updated files to each of the design disciplines. Support Staff: Shall maintain project filing along with sending and receiving documentation. Office staff is responsible for proposal and document correspondence. The support staff oversees all billings, receivables and accounting services. |
